I love working with people in very small groups or one-on-one, so that I can provide the attention and skill that you need to get the most out of your yoga practice.

With your input, I can design practices that give you confidence knowing that you are honoring and benefiting your body, mind and spirit.

I work with folks with ankle, knee, hip, back, shoulder and neck issues, as well as recreational athletes.  Some clients are mostly interested in learning breathwork or meditationLet me help you find the best session for you.

I offer private yoga sessions, occasional classes, and events. And no matter what we do together,  a yogic approach and philosophy infuses all the services I offer.
