Improve your health and well-being with yoga!
If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, or just want to experience a different kind of yoga, this mindful class is for you. We use foundational viniyoga poses for general health, as well as breathwork (pranayama) and meditation.
All levels of experience and ability are welcome and supported! Try it, you’ll like it!
Small group class with plenty of individual assistance. Taught in the viniyoga tradition by a 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (me!)
