Tai Chi for Energy

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that is now used widely throughout the world for health promotion and mental relaxation. It uses flowing movement to increases balance, flexibility, strength, mental concentration and relaxation.
Tai Chi for Energy (TCE) is a new Tai Chi for health revitalizing program that combines two types of Tai Chi – Chen Style which brings a more vigorous and complex style with the Sun style that has the unique Qigong movements and agile stepping. These two contrasting styles bring about internal energy, better health and wellness.
This program would be good for anyone who:
- Wants to increase their internal energy, focus and balance.
- Wants a faster pace style of Tai Chi.
- Is interested in learning the Yin/Yang of Tai Chi and spiral force.
Please note: This is still accessible to anyone as the moves can be modified.
Sue Arambel is certified to teach TCA and TCE from the Tai Chi for Health Community– www.TCHI.org and is a registered nurse.
