Morning Walking Meditation Class Series

7:00 am – 8:00 am
Awaken and strengthen your body and mind with this very special morning walking meditation class.
We’ll begin in the studio with a few stretches to warm-up the body for an outdoor walk. The walk will be primarily meditative, teaching you to train your focus as you move while you release stress. We’ll finish in the studio with a few yoga poses chosen to specifically stretch and strengthen to maintain health in the primary muscles and joints used for walking.
Your fearless leader for this amazing experience is Karen Bonomo. Karen is a Certified Personal Trainer and yoga teacher with fitness teacher certifications to numerous to list. We can’t wait to begin!
