Private Personal Training Sessions are 100% customized based on your goals, needs and abilities. All session times are scheduled by appointment after your Free Consultation.

Small Group Training Sessions are also very popular here at Synergy Fitness & Wellness, and clients are getting great results from them.

4:30 pm   A combination of yoga and fitness training focusing on carefully re-conditioning your body after pain, injury or    illness

5:30 pm   This session focuses on weight loss with a mix of cardio and weight

                training

8:30 am   Gentler movement – great for those with special concerns

10:00 am Explore a wide variety of exercise techniques to maximize your workout

Tuesdays
4:30 pm   Pain reduction techniques help you get stronger the smart way, so you can keep enjoying your     favorite activities

5:30 pm   Weight loss focus with recommendations for what to do in-between

                sessions

6:30 pm   Pure yoga in the viniyoga style – perfect to unwind after a long day
