Do you ever have trouble falling asleep? Or do you wake up in the middle of the night and have difficulty falling back asleep? Or maybe you seem to sleep okay but wake up tired?
When you don’t get adequate rest, it can negatively affect your health, energy levels, mood, emotions, and thinking.
In this interactive workshop we’ll explore various techniques that help you naturally enhance the ability to sleep and the quality of your sleep. Come prepared for gentle movement, breathwork, visualization, and other practical techniques and ideas. Some methods will work better for you than others, so I’ll help you select one that is appropriate for you before the end of the workshop.
