Learn how to use your own body weight, simple breathing techniques, and Miracle Balls to gently ease muscle tension from your body. It is my pleasure to guide you through a full experience of these techniques.
Dress comfortably so you can make the most of this special time. We will be lying on the floor for much of it. You will leave the workshop with your own set of Miracle Balls and written techniques to help you re-create this relaxing experience at home.
