Are you ready to relieve tension and tightness in the upper back, neck, and shoulders?
In this workshop we’ll experience strategically designed movement, combined with mindful breathing to gently
- Decrease muscle and mental tension
- Increase range of motion at the joints
- Strengthen and stretch the back and upper body
The effects can be felt immediately, and when practiced regularly over several weeks, can create muscle balance, improved function, and less pain.
You’ll leave the workshop with written guidelines so you can continue to do the movements at home to create a healthier upper back, neck and shoulders!
