In this 90-minute workshop, we’ll explore how to use movement/exercise, healthy eating, stress management, and personal development strategies to create a happy healthy life, not a stressful, deprived one.
Everyone is different, so what works well for one person may not work at all for you. Yes, we’ll discuss general guidelines, but you’ll also get some specific coaching from me to you on where to personally focus right now. Bring your questions and let’s get you going for a great 2013!
