Meditation for Joy Workshop

Yes! You CAN feel greater joy, peace, and energy this holiday season!
New and experienced meditators will be guided in a simple but profound way of consciously choosing and shaping their experience of the winter months and the holidays. We will be using the ancient yogic techniques of pratyahara and dharana. These are easily accessible, so no prior meditation experience is necessary.
Dress comfortably in layers and consider bringing a blanket or shawl — we will do some simple mindful movements (appropriate for all) to prepare for a seated meditation, and it’s nice to keep toasty warm while you are sitting quietly on a chair or the floor.
