PILOXING is an exciting, fun workout that uniquely mixes Pilates, Boxing and Dance moves into a calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric interval workout.
In this very special Core of Piloxing, 5-session class, we’ll slow down and break down the movements to their component parts so you can learn the right alignment and feel confident with the moves. Then we’ll we bring everything back up to tempo so you can feel what a great workout you are getting!
We are limiting class to no more than five participants to make sure you get plenty of personal attention and customization for your specific needs.
