A Viniyoga-Inspired Wellness Retreat

You are about to discover that your energy level can actually be subdivided into 5 different types of energy in your system. Each of these different classifications of energy affect us in different ways: physically, emotionally, mentally, and spirtually. Once you understand where you are naturally stronger and naturally weaker with your energies, you can easily employ certain techniques and methods to create greater harmony amongst them.
This helps create true well-being. And when true well-being exists because the body and mind are in harmony, then the spirit becomes liberated from the limiting power of the ego. This means that you will start living your life with more overall energy, ease and joy. You will open more fully to your true life purpose and be able to share that in a bigger way with everyone you meet.
So let’s start. With just 2 days of retreat and contemplation you can begin to:

You see, I understand your desire to live a happier, more fulfilling life! Since I started studying yoga and regularly using the tools of physical poses, breathwork, chanting, meditation and self-reflection, I find I can much more easily tap into an unending source of joyful calm energy.
For a long time I was fascinated by how my own energy seems to ebb and flow. Just when I think I have a handle on it and I’ll always be “in the zone”, then something seems to change and take me out.
But in the last few years I’ve learned two really important things in my yoga practice that immensely help me to be more balanced and joyful, more of the time. The first is that EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS CHANGING! To expect that you will find the magic answer and will never need to change again is a recipe for insanity. The second thing I’ve learned is THERE ARE ANCIENT, REPLICABLE TECHNIQUES to address every shift and nuance of our way of being in the world. So, yay! we have the choice to observe where we are at and then we have another choice to intelligently employ an appropriate technique to influence how we want to be in the future.
So, let’s do it! Let’s identify how our 5 energies are currently manifesting in ourselves, learn some techniques to bring them into better balance, and take the time to practice the techniques and set a healing course for the next few months.
The Beyond the Body Retreat is specifically designed to help you feel connected and supported as you take a couple days away from your everyday world to renew yourself.
The Retreat provides you with a setting that will enhance your experience, including:

We’ll keep it fun, too! The retreat will be in the beautiful Cottonwood Creek Valley of Western Wyoming (northwest of Big Piney). I have specially reserved the entire Triple Peak Lodge exclusively for our retreat. Just a few of us together in a simple, cozy, remote setting with stupendous views of 3 mountain ranges, and hiking and fishing within walking distance of the lodge.
Four home-cooked ranch-style meals will be provided for you during the retreat.
