About the Studio & My Approach
A Message from Lorna Lange
I opened Synergy Fitness & Wellness in March 2009, to help individuals get more out of their lives through customized yoga, personal training, wellness coaching, and healthy eating solutions.
For years I taught yoga and fitness for the local college and city recreation department. I met clients at their homes or public health clubs. I finally decided it was time to create a wellness studio that would better meet the needs of my clients.
My hope was to create a studio that people would feel welcome in, that would energize their spirit and make them happy to walk through the door.
My main focus is to see you as a unique individual, to listen to your desires and needs, and to customize services to help you achieve higher-levels of well-being starting from day one.
My clients say “I love coming here–I look forward to it.” That’s the same experience I hope everyone who chooses Synergy has.

Beyond the Studio
I also offer telecourses and coaching by phone, so now even if you don’t live in southwest Wyoming, we can still do good work together! Contact me to set up a time to visit about your wellness needs: email@example.com
I’ve often been told by clients that I have a unique ability to lead them into a deeper experience than what they might have on their own. That I create a powerfully energetic, safe, supportive environment that carries them easily into it. That environment can include various elements: the physical environment of the studio or a retreat location, my voice (whether live, recorded, or over the phone), and the community of like-minded individuals that come together in my sessions and events.
They also tell me that because I often share my own experiences and “human-ness” with them, it all becomes more accessible and possible for them.
Whatever it is, people feel able to let go, explore, hope and share without self-consciousness or fear of judgment. I’m honored and grateful that this is so.
